Whether you're coming to the mountains for hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing or just a romantic couples holiday, we have just the place for you.

Located just minutes from the PA Grand Canyon you can rent a kayak for a trip down the canyon. Bike to Pine Creek Rails to Trails. Snowmobile on groomed trails right outside the front door. Ride horseback or in a covered wagon through the canyon.  Book a ride on the Tioga Central Railroad or just simply sit on the deck in one of the many rocking chairs and listen to the quiet.

Dine in the Historic Wellsboro quaint town or just have a nice dinner right at "home".  An outdoor grill with grilling utensils is provided on the deck along with a slate topped table. Picnic table located at the fire pit area.

The kitchen has all appliances imaginable including toaster oven/rotisserie, glass blender for "cocktail hour", crock pot, gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and electric coffee grinder. Stainless steel pots and pans, china set for 6, flatware, glasses, knives, cutting board and all paper products for the kitchen are included. The dining table seats 6.

Your "home away from home" includes a Master Bedroom with a brand new queen size sleigh bed, all bed linens, a flat screen, satellite TV, dresser and walk in closet.  A guest bedroom located just down the hall includes a brand new queen size sleigh bed, all bed linens and dresser.  Upstairs you will find another guest bedroom with a brand new sleigh bed, all bed linens and dresser.  For all of your single friends you decide to bring along, the loft will sleep three in separate single size beds all with bed linens.  All bedrooms are furnished with large air moving ceiling fans for comfort all day and night.  Gas heat to keep you toasty in the winter months.

The bathroom will provide hot showers for all thanks to an on-demand water heater that will never run out of hot water.  Towels and washcloths are provided for 6.  Should you happen to desire fresh towels, a washer and dryer next to the bath will help to solve your dilemma.  All paper products are provided as well as "special touches" such as hand made soap.

Enjoy a movie on the wall mounted flat screen satellite TV and DVD player or simply "hang out" on the comfortable leather sofa and chair. 

After dinner and a movie light a camp fire in the backyard fire pit and "smore" all night.  You may also want to try a smaller campfire in the "pit in the table" located on the deck.  If the weather gets a little chilly an outdoor patio heater is provided for your comfort.
